Weirdly enough for how he looks and how disfigured he has become, He's a very cheerful guy and very enthusiastic about magic and magical trinkets.
As depressed as he should be he's actually just incredibly disspointed that his body has turned into what it is, he thinks living a secret life and being an agent doing work for a secret organization is a lot of fun, so he doesn't mind it too much.

Thankfully he himself is not that disgusted by his own gore, but that's probably the years of having to live with himself.
